How Does a 3x8 Matrix Work?
Once you have filled your first 3 positions (Level 1) any new Business Builder member will be placed down on your Second Level until this level is filled. Once your second level is full all new members will be placed on your third level and so on. This is called spillover.

Everyone is paid on 100% of the people who fall into their Matrix, whether they have sponsored them or not. This Matrix fills from Top-to-Bottom and Left-to-Right.

How does this Work?

Generation 1: Once you qualify to earn every member you bring into the Matrix you will earn a 30% Matching Bonus. That means when your referrals earn $1,000 in the Matrix you will earn up to $300 from those referrals per month. Let's take it up a notch. That also means when your referrals have compeleted the Matrix, which earns up to $7,000 a month in the Matrix, you will earn $2,100 per each referral per month.

Generations 2-5: These members come from your referrals, the next generation down 2-5. From these members you will earn 25% to 10% for every referral that they bring in Generation 2-5.
